ELLA PLUMMER
MN Awards | LAMDA Exams
Ella is a Drama Studio London graduate and graduated with a BA in Professional Acting. She is represented by a cooperative agency called 'The Actors Network Agency.' As well as being a working actor, Ella is also being trained as an agent!
Ella has 7+ years teaching experience working at a variety of schools with various ages. She currently teaches the Early Stages at Stagecoach Wokingham and teaches Drama to Main School students at Stagecoach Bracknell. Ella also runs after school film clubs, working towards MN Awards with primary school aged students.
AIDAN HARKINS
Vocal Coach | Audition Prep Coach
Aidan is a vocal coach, acting teacher and theatre director with professional experience across the West End, UK touring and international productions. His clients are currently appearing in The Devil Wears Prada, 13 Going on 30, Heathers, Tina and Mamma Mia!. He also served as a vocal coach for Johannes Radebe on his UK tour of Kinky Boots, where Johannes performed the lead role, Lola.
Aidan's students have gone on to train at leading drama schools and have performed in UK touring productions including Annie, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and School of Rock, as well as auditioning for major West End productions such as Mary Poppins, Paddington and Beetlejuice.
As a director, his credits include Assistant Director on The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show and Associate Director on Oscar at The Crown, alongside working on multiple workshops and development projects for new writing.

Thea trained at The Guildford School of Acting (GSA) and Identity School of Acting (IDSA).
TV/Film credits include: Thursday Murder Club (Netflix), A Quiet Place: Day One (Paramount), Why Didn’t They Ask Evans? (BritBox), Dilemma (We are Tilt), Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (DC Films), The Last Union (Short), Unknown Caller (Short).
Theatre credits include: Lizzie Stark in Peaky Blinders: The Rise, Lily in In the Dead of the Night (UK tour), Olivia in Twelfth Night (Drayton Arms/Trinity Theatre), First Witch/Ross in Macbeth (Chiswick Playhouse), Charlotte in Elegies for Angels, Punks, and Raging Queens (The Charing Cross Theatre).
